Terms and conditions of the offer:

1.	This offer is valid from 1 May to 31 July 2005 (“Promotion Period”)
2.	This offer is only valid for selected Visa Cardholders with HSBC (the “Cardholders”): a. who have received the direct mailer of this offer b. whose registered PCCW residential telephone line / IDD accounts are not currently settled through autopayment by any HSBC credit cards; and c. who have successfully applied:   i. bill autopayment through Visa card from HSBC, for settlement of fees payable under PCCW’s residential telephone line / IDD services (“Bill Autopayment”), plus the eBill service of PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited (“PCCW”); or ii. Bill Autopayment only with the specified application form or through this website.
3.	Completed application form must be mailed/faxed or sent through online to PCCW for processing within the Promotion Period. Processing of the application will be completed in two weeks after the application is received. Cardholders are required to continue to settle the relevant bills of PCCW through existing means until the autopay transaction of the service is shown on their credit card statements. PCCW will inform each cardholder/the account holder of the commencement date, by PCCW bill statement once the processing is completed.
4.	Application for Bill Autopayment and eBill is subject to the approval of PCCW. PCCW reserves the right to reject any application.
5.	Only those Cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and at the time the credit card cash credit is awarded will be eligible for the same.
6.	Eligible Cardholders will receive HK$50 (Bill Autopayment only) /HK$100 (Bill Autopayment plus eBill) credit card cash credit upon approval of their applications. The relevant credit card cash credit will be credited to each eligible Cardholder’s account after the first bill auto payment has been charged or by 31 August 2005 whichever is earlier.
7.	Credit card cash credit cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable. The cash credit can be used for credit card purchases only. It cannot be drawn as a cash advance or used to settle any previous outstanding balance.
8.	The 100 free minutes of IDD 0060 is valid for PCCW residential customers registered with mobile IDD 0060 service. Free minutes are applicable only to calls made using mobile IDD 0060 service to mainland China, US, Canada, UK and Australia. Free minutes offer is not applicable to calls made to mobile numbers in UK and Australia and to telephone numbers with prefix “447”or “448”in UK. A notification letter with details of IDD 0060 free minutes will be sent to each eligible Cardholder (Bill Autopayment plus eBill) by PCCW within 4 to 6 weeks of eBill registration.
9.	Customers who have enjoyed the eBill offers by PCCW will not be entitled to this offer. Each customer can only enjoy any of the eBill offers once.
10.	If cardholders whose Bill Autopayment and/or eBill arrangements are cancelled within six months of applying for the service, HSBC will reserve the right to debit the cash credit amount from their credit cards and PCCW will also reserve the right to cancel the free minute offer.
11.	HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by PCCW. In case of dispute, the decision of HSBC and PCCW shall be final and conclusive.
12.	In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between this English version of the terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
