Setting SNMP/TFTP Parameters

To set the SNMP/TFTP Parameters:

1. From the ConfigWare opening screen, click Options.
   The General Option window opens.
2. From the General Option window, click Configuration.
   The Configuration screen appears containing the following fields:
• SNMP/TFTP Retries – The number of attempts without response that ConfigWare will make to connect with a device before the device is considered offline.
• SNMP/TFTP Timeout – The amount of time (in seconds) that ConfigWare will wait for a response from a device before the device is considered to have not answered.
3. Set the appropriate values.
4. Click .
   The SNMP Parameters information is sent.
