Using the Zoom View

Zoom View is a real-time representation of a RADWARE device. Each of the device’s interfaces are represented. Zoom View for WSD units also includes the color-coded LED’s located on the WSD front panel. All ConfigWare options are accessed through Zoom View.

Understanding Zoom View Colors

Zoom View has labels representing the various interfaces of the RADWARE unit. The labels are color-coded to indicate.

Label Color Explanation
Green Interface is Okay.
Yellow Interface is in Standby mode.
Red Interface has generated an Error message, or has been put in standby by the spanning tree algorithm.
Blue Interface is dormant: it is Okay, but there is no active connection.
Gray Interface status is unknown, possibly because the device is not responding.

The Zoom View of a WSD unit shows the LEDs that appear on the front panel of the WSD device. The LEDs are color-coded to indicate status just as they are on the actual front panel.

LED Color Meaning
OK/Fault Green Unit is operating okay.
Gray Status is unknown, possibly because the device is not responding.
Active Gray CCM is not active, and serves as a memory extension.
Backup Yellow CCM is active.
PWR Gray All power supplies operate okay.
