Troubleshooting Tips
Use the following information to help you troubleshoot problems you might encounter while administering one or more Netscape Application Servers:

Problem
Possible Solution
Cannot bind to Java AppLogic objects
Verify the value of the KIVA\Enterprise\2.0\CCS0\SYSTEM_JAVA\GX_CLASSPATH key value specifies the root path or paths where the Java AppLogic objects are stored.
Cannot bind to C++ AppLogic objects
Verify the system path specifies the location of the modules/bin directory where the C++ AppLogic objects are stored.
Java AppLogic objects use native methods (call C++ objects).
