For more information about these tasks, see "Monitoring a Netscape Application Server," "Logging Server Messages," and "Securing Applications."

Work with the application developer when you install the application on the server. Install the application on a single Netscape Application Server through the Project Manager of the Netscape Application Builder.

Some applications might require the configuration of additional Java Server or C++ Server processes for the Netscape Application Server. Configuring additional processes increases fault tolerance and is necessary for integration with non-thread safe third party utilities. For more information about configuring additional processes, see "About Increasing Fault Tolerance and Server Resources."
