This window manages the ranges of static proximity redirections. For each farm address the user can configure ranges of IP addresses of clients, with a list of the three preferred sites for this range. If the range should be handled in the local site, the farm address should be typed. All the sites should be defined in the sites table of the farm.
The Static Proximity Table window displays the following:
Farm address The IP address of the farm.
From address The IP address of the first client in the range.
To address The IP address of the last client in the range.
Server 1 The IP address of the farm in the best site. This can be the farm address if the best site is the local site.
Server 2 The IP address of the farm in the second best site. This can be the farm address if the second best site is the local site.
Server 3 The IP address of the farm in the third best site. This can be the farm address if the best third site is the local site.
