Deploying Access Control Lists
After you deploy an application, you might need to also deploy the Access Control Lists (ACL) used to provide security for that application. ACLs are not automatically deployed with the application, but are easy to implement by copying them from the deployment server to the destination server or servers. To deploy Access Control Lists Open the Security tool of the Netscape Application Server Administrator. In the Enterprise window, select the server from which you want to copy the ACL information. Choose Edit - Copy Security Settings. Select the server or group of servers to which you want to apply the ACLs. Choose Edit - Paste Settings. The ACLs are added to the ACLs of the destination servers.
